6-Month Exclusive 1:1 Coaching – Monthly Instalments

Welcome to 1:1 coaching with Susie Grant. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the Client) and Susie Grant (the Coach) and set forth the terms of your participation in the coaching program.

2. Program Overview

Coaching with Susie Grant includes weekly coaching sessions, resources, group calls, access to content. This is a high-performance, goal-oriented coaching program designed to support you in achieving your desired results.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: The total cost of the program is AUD $6000 Pay in Full or $7000 AUD paid in instalments. Payment is due before the coaching program starts (Pay in Full) or on the agreed date and monthly for the subsequent 5 months (if paid in instalments)

• Payment Schedule: Payments may be made in full or monthly instalments. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Refund Policy: This program has a non-refundable policy. If you are unable to continue, please contact Susie Grant to discuss alternative arrangements.

4. Coaching Expectations

• Client Responsibilities: As the client, you are responsible for actively participating, completing assignments, and implementing the strategies discussed. Your progress depends on your commitment.

• Coach’s Role: The coach will provide support, guidance, and accountability but does not guarantee specific results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend on many factors, including your engagement and actions.

5. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except in circumstances required by law. The Coach agrees to respect your privacy and will not share your information without written consent.

• Group coaching sessions may involve other participants. All participants agree to respect each other's privacy and keep information shared within the group confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during the program, including but not limited to written content, audio recordings, worksheets, and tools, remain the property of Susie Grant.

• You may not share, distribute, or reproduce program materials without prior written consent.

7. Termination

• The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the Client fails to meet program requirements, violates these Terms and Conditions, or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

• Upon termination, access to program materials, coaching sessions, and other benefits will end.

8. No Guarantees

• Coaching is a collaborative and personalised experience, and while the Coach commits to providing valuable guidance, no specific results are guaranteed.

• The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their progress and success.

9. Disclaimer

• This program is intended to provide guidance and support but is not a substitute for mental health or medical treatment. Any advice or insights provided are based on the Coach’s experience and are for educational purposes only.

• The Client agrees to seek professional assistance if needed and acknowledges that the Coach is not liable for any actions taken as a result of the coaching experience.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in NSW, Australia

11. Agreement to Terms

• By joining Susie Grant Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
